Tools Within Online and Mobile Banking
Online and mobile banking offer a range of features to help you manage your finances. With Card Controls, you can set transaction alerts, schedule travel notifications, lock your card, and report it stolen. Credit Score monitoring and will and estate planning tools are also available. Plus, subscription insights let you manage recurring purchases, and the Fast App enables members to apply for loans quickly with a shorter application that autofills with the information we have on file.

Your statement will either be mailed or emailed to you, depending on how you elected to receive your statement at account opening. If you are needing a statement and you do not have online access please contact us. There is a $10.00 fee per statement copy. You can view and print 2 year's worth of statements online for free.
Are you signed up for eStatements?
eStatements allows you to retrieve your important paperwork at any time, on your computer. Instead of receiving your statements, notices and tax forms from CUTX through the mail, you can retrieve them right from online banking.
Advantages of eStatements:

- They are safer than receiving statements and notices delivered to your home

1 When you place a lock on your debit card via Mobile Banking, it will prevent most types of card transactions from being processed until you take action to unlock your card. However, the lock may not stop card transactions presented as a new recurring transaction by the merchant or the posting of refunds, reversals or credit adjustments to your account. Additionally, transactions and authorizations that occurred prior to locking the card will not be affected. During card processor limited down time, purchases may be approved due to the lock restriction not being enforced by stand in processor. This feature is available on the Mobile Banking app for iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Data connection required. Locking your card is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 1-800-314-3828 if you believe that unauthorized transactions have been made. Alerts may be sent to you in the form of an e-mail or text message. Your mobile carrier’s standard text-messaging and data rates will apply.
