 Facilities and Equipment

  1. Facilities and equipment are to be left in the same condition they were prior to the activity. No tape, command strips, nails, or similar objects in or on the walls. Users of the CUTX Event Center shall observe and comply with all applicable City, County, State and Federal laws, rules and regulations.
  2. All patron's property must be removed from the Center immediately following activity. CUTX reserves the right to remove any remaining property from the premises and have it stored or discarded at the owner’s expense.
  3. Meetings or activities shall be conducted in an orderly manner.
  4. Supplies/items MAY NOT be dropped off and the caterer MAY NOT utilize the facility until the contracted time. Please discuss with your vendors i.e., caterer, your time requirements for preparation/cleaning, so sufficient time will be reserved and available.
  5. Set-up and clean-up must be completed within the reservation time frame. Clean-up includes removing all decorations, etc. and taking all trash to the dumpster.

    b. Max Occupants:
       i. Community Room (Assembly-Standing Space Only): 204
       ii. Community Room (Assembly-Chairs Only, Not Fixed): 146
       iii. Back of House (Business): 11
    c. Allowed Use(s): Assembly


Tobacco and Alcohol Use

Tobacco and Alcohol use will not be permitted at any time at the Event Center.


Please return access card to the branch the following business day.

BUILDING ALARM WILL RE-ARM ONE HOUR AFTER SCHEDULED TIME ENDS
